are your perfumes original?

This is the #1 question we receive & that's understandable. Our perfumes are 100% original as we procure them from genuine sources only. We do not deal in second copies/fakes/duplicates. We're extremely confident on our quality and believe in winning your trust, therefore; every perfume that you buy from us comes with an iron-clad guarantee. If you believe you have received a fake product - let us know and we'll refund you 100% of your money. Our customers come first for us - which is why more than 90% buy from us again & again. HOW SOON WILL I receive MY ORDER?

We ship most of our orders within a span of 24-72 hours, unless mentioned otherwise on the product page. Once shipped, you can expect to receive your order within 1-5 days. For remote areas, the delivery time may go upto 1-2 weeks. If there appears to be an additional delay, we'll keep you posted!

i intend to gift a perfume through you. How do i do it?

Just drop in an email to cs@stylecube.in with your order number, and we’ll send the perfume in a nicely gift-wrapped box (with a personal note from you if you wish). Alternatively, while making the online payment, tell us that you intend to gift it (also include your personal note there). Please note that gift-wrapping is not available for COD Orders.

what payment options do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, as well as net banking through 45+ banks. We also have a COD option, currently available only in Pune. For a complete list and more details on our payment options, please click here. (Opens our payment partners website (CCAvenue).

where are you located? where do you deliver?

We are headquartered in Pune & deliver across India. Our COD option is currently limited to certain areas. You can check COD availability for your location on the cart page.

is shopping on stylecube.in safe?

Absolutely. All payments are processed through our trusted partner CCAvenue, which is a VeriSign secured & PCI compliant payment gateway. We do not store any sensitive payment information on our servers; thus ensuring your safety. If you’re not comfortable in paying online, you can avail our Cash on Delivery (COD) option for payment.

how do i track my order?

We will send you the tracking details of your shipment once the order has been dispatched. If your order contains multiple items, there are chances that items would be sent individually and not together. In that case, you will receive multiple tracking details of your shipments to your registered email ID. You can also track your order status in real-time by visiting your “My Orders” page.

i received my perfume in a broken condition. What now?

If you’ve received a defective, broken or a wrong perfume, we’ll replace it for free. If a replacement cannot be procured at that time, we would provide a full refund. For more details, please view our return policy.

i can’t find the perfume i’m looking for. can you help?

We would be glad to help you. Just send us an email with the detals of the perfume you’re looking for and we’ll tell you if we can procure it for you.
